Free real time reporting solution
I am looking for something similar to Microsoft reporting services to where i can build a report and have it run a refresh every 5 minutes. so our techs can just look up and see what tickets have come in. I don't need anything fancy just something to run off an old computer that has monitors attached.

What version of the SMA?
Is your SMA behind the company firewall?
You can use the API or access the MySQL DB to get ticket information.
I would not recommend allowing remote DB access if not behind firewall.

Here is what I ended up doing, I downloaded SQL express which included SQL server and all that good jazz. I connected MySQL to the SQL server using ODBC connectors. I use MySQL workbench to build my queries and report builder to make my reports look good and to set an autorefresh time. I then throw that on the server and go to the hostname on google chrome using my dashboard computer and boom! I plan on adding a chrome extension to auto-scroll ever so slightly in case our reports get long, which they will. in case you know a better solution my version of SMA is 10.0.290 and it is behind our company firewall - jmcmillion 4 years ago
Install the MySQL ODBC connector on the dashboard computer and then connect to the database using PowerBI Desktop (free download). Build your dashboard in PowerBI and then open it in full screen.
