Has anyone had these issues with Dell Kace 6.0 Provisioning Install?

So I'm using a single agent provision on a new client I want to add to our inventory.

Both ports 139  and 145 are open.

It looks like it's able to connect to the client...

ROOKIE KACE ADMIN any help would be appreciative.

  • The client is a Windows 7 Professional Laptop 64 bit platform if that helps. - rhamilton1973 10 years ago
  • Please check if the client machine was able to resolve the K1 host name. - AbhayR 10 years ago
  • Try using the IP address of the KBOX instead of the name in the command - KiwiJJ 10 years ago
