Helpdesk reports by Location
I have Custom 4: set to import the users Location under User Details. I need to run monthly reports on how many tickets have been opened by Location. I don't see any way in the Report Wizard to query off that Custom 4: field.

That's expeted behaviour jmcelvoy. If you could post ( or search) in the reports forum what your SQL query is so far then there's a good chance someone on here can tweak it for you.

If you haven't already figured it out, the wizard for reporting is pretty much useless - it can't do table joins... among other things. I believe this is something KACE is working on and they hope to make more robust in a future release.
For the time being, you're going to have to become familiar with writing custom SQL queries.

Is there a recommended site for learning SQL queries? I had never seen any SQL queries before getting the Kbox...so needless to say I have know clue where to begin in learning to understand and write them. A quick google search found http://www.sql-tutorial.net/, is that a reputable site for this stuff?

The KBOX uses MySQL 5.x. Your best resource is the official site. http://dev.mysql.com/doc/

Take a look in the Reports forum here as well. There may be some reports that you can pick apart and learn how they work. There may also be a few you can just copy and paste directly if they meet your needs for a report.
