Helpdesk to work with exchange 2007
Hi
Has anyone got the KBOX to work with exchange 2007? I can get the kbox to send email to the user when ticket is respoded to, but when the user responds to the ticket by email, it doesn't reach the helpdesk. When the user receives a response to their ticket, the email address it says it it sent from is the address set in the alt email address on the KBOX eg support@organisation.com
I have tried following the notes for exchange 2003 to work with the KBOX but 2007 is different so im not sure what to do.
Thanks

The instructions for 2007 are quite similar except in 2007 it is called a "send connector"
However, the easiest thing to do in 2007 is create a mailbox for support@organisation.com. Then setup a transport rule for email sent to support@organization.com to also get send to support@kbox.organization.com
Make sure you are able to resolve kbox.organization.com from the exchange server

I have setup a contact in exchange 2007 called helpdesk which points to the kbox help desk and i have then setup a trasport rule which states items sent to support@organisation.local copies it to helpdesk@kbox.organisation.local.
I have tested to make sure that the kbox can receive email and it appears to work. But when a something is sent to the support@organisation.local email it bouces back sayin Undeliverable:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists:
support@kbox.organisation.local
The recipient's e-mail address is invalid. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.
The following organization rejected your message: kbox.organisation.local.
Thanks
