How do you reset the pin code for mobile access on Dell K1000 ?
I have a user who forgot their 4 digit pin code to access the k1000 mobile app from an android phone. We disabled and re enabled mobile access and uninstalled and reinstalled the k1000 app and it's still asking her for the pin that she forgot.
