How does the k1000 determine the assignee to a device?
In the inventory section in the newest version of the K1000(version 7), there is an assignee. We have not set this and not sure we really want it assigned to a particular user. How does the appliance determine who the assignee is and is there a way to remove this in mass rather than each device individually?
I can see that the assignee is set by the last user logged into that device. Is there a way to make this static if users share devices or someone just needs to use the device temporarily. I don't want to have it assigned to someone just because they used it for a few minutes one day.
