How does the K1000 handle incoming deployment requests

Ỉ was trying to finish up my deployment schedules and had a question on bandwidth and how the K1000 handles incoming agent requests. After activating updates and the agents start contacting the K1000, how does the K1000 start deploying the updates?

Does it queue up the requests and deploys the updates to one or a couple of endpoints at a time until they are complete?
Does it deploy to all the endpoints at one time and eat as much bandwidth as possible?

I just want to get a sense of how bandwidth intensive deployments are going to be to help with my schedule creation.

Any info/advice is appreciated!
