How to capture user states on multiple pc's

I have my first deployment coming in 2 weeks. I'd like to know how to capture the user states for all the computers at once. I have USMT setup on the K200 appliance where I can capture them one at a time, but when I key in multiple host names, all fail but 1. What is the syntax or how do I get them all at once?

Current version is 3.3. Initially I only have 4 test clients to backup. I've tried putting each on their on line, but get: ERROR: Failed to open connection - NT_Status_IO_Timeout on all but the last in the list. When I get to my branches, I'd like to do the entire branch at once as this will save me tons of time.

I'm having a problem just trying to capture a user state on one machine. I get the following error Failed to open connection - NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED I also sometimes get the IO_TIMEOUT error. I've tried entering both the ip address and hostname. This is happening on a Windows 7 machine. I am running 3.3 on the k2000

I have installed USMT 4.0 on the k2000

Any assistance would be appreciated

thanks
