How to create a managed installation for Avaya One-X Agent?
Hello,
I have the Avaya One-X Agent soft phone that I am trying to push through my KACE server. It is an .exe file zipped up with the .msp file that no matter what I do will not install. I see where KACE is trying to install the software but it never actually installs the software. When I run the .exe on my computer the UAC makes me approve it, would that have anything to do with why it is not installing?
I am up for any suggestions.
Thanks :D

If UAC pops up, it might need administrator rights in order to install.
You can test this by installing in a command prompt opened by PSEXEC. This simulates Local System, which is what a managed install will use: https://www.kace.com/en/support/resources/kb/article/How-to-mimic-running-a-script-as-Local-System-User-Scripting
If you need admin, switch to an online kscript and use the runas option.
