How to deploy latest Kace Client 11.1.103 using GPO

I have tried to use the GPO provisioning tool to push the new client to machines that are new or reimaged. I'm not having any success. I can see the registry entry extensions in the registry for the target computer but the \program files (x86)\quest\kace directory structure never appears. I have checked every setting of the GPO created and I don't see any issues with it. I can run Gpresult with the correct switches to see that the policy is getting applied. Anyone run into this or have a suggestion? Thanks in advance

hard to say from here. It seems that you forgot to add the msi correctly.
Probably you should contact support and do a remote session to check.

I used the msi  that was stored on the appliance after I performed the upgrades.  I can see the kace extensions added to the registry of the computer and those settings reflect the correct information and the only thing that isn't happening is the msi install that follows.  Support has helped some but not at this point.  Also is anyone familiar with using a GPO not created by the provisioning tool to push the latest client unattended and if so, how?

I had an issue with the agent not installing with a perfectly fine GPO. The issue turned out to be that when I downloaded the msi from the appliance it was by default chinese, so it would not install in an English OS. I changed the language on the msi and voila, worked like a charm.

If you are experiencing the same issue, when you look at the properties of your software in the GPO it should tell you the language there.
