How to free up hardware reserved RAM?

Hello all

On my work computer i have 785MB of Hardware reserved RAM and i can't understand why.
I checked the BIOS and the on-board video card has 128MB allocated. The strange thing is that my colleagues with the same PC but less ram (4GB) don't have this problem. So this leads me to think it's an OS setting i am missing somehow. The OS is Win7 Professional SP1.
The PageFile allocated is fixed to 1024MB.
Below you can find an extract from dxdiag:

In my experience, the amount of RAM allocated to an onboard video card is entirely controlled by the BIOS. Check your bios revision against that of your colleagues' machines, and then go through a comparison of the settings on your machine against theirs.  Also check in case this might be a jumper setting on the motherboard (unlikely but not impossible.)
