How to make remote machines(Machines not in domain) communicate with kace.
We need to make all the machines to communicate with Kace. Office have lot of machines in workgroup( not connected with domain), which are not
communicating with kace. Its creating issue in inventory. So we need
your support to fix this issue.

they do not need to be in a domain to talk to kace just configured correctly

Hi Smal.tmcc thanks for the update. Machines are not connecting with VPN also, in that situation how the machines will communicate with private ip. Our Kace appliance is not hosted in public ip. - Raja Frost 9 years ago

It sounds like what you're needing with either require that your KBOX resides on a public IP or you should be able to identify a port on your gateway firewall (with a public IP) that will route to your KBOX. Configure this in your agent and you should be in business. - GeekSoldier 9 years ago
