HTML embed in ticket possible?

Is there a way to embed HTML in custom field to add color to a ticket?    I just want some instructional text but with it being black/grey it is not noticeable.

Figured this out, was a bit tricky. Have to place the field in the template first and then add the html to the default for a text field.. Ive been told this cannot be done but looks like there is a workaround.
