I have created 2 Service Desks? How can my Users only see 1 Service desk and not the other one that I have created for IT? (Updated Screenshots)

Create a Label for the users of each Queue.

Limit the access to only this label.

Be shure that they don't use the adminui (or remove the check mark to see all queues from there)

  • I have created labels for the users and make it as their default service desk. But still when they create new ticket it is showing the other Service Desk (IT Central Management)

    • Double check the service desk configurations to make sure only appropriate user labels are listed as submitters. - chucksteel 11 years ago
