Importing AD Users - create labels based on group membership?

Hi All,

I'm attempting to wisely label users that will go into my KACE appliance so that we can use it for Helpdesk ticketing. Is there a method of user import that acknowledges Active Directory group memberships and creates labels based on those groups?

Or do I have to do that all by hand?

Thanks,

Chris.

  • You need to create LDAP labels, define your BASE DN and use LDAP filters.

Imported users matching your LDAP criteria will be added to that label you created.
