impossible to download ASE (Admin Script Editor)

It is impossible for me to download the ASE from any of the mirrors mentioned here:

http://www.itninja.com/community/admin-script-editor/downloads

I know there is a bandwith limit for the files on box.com - is there any other way to get the setup file?

I tried several days and got no luck. Could someone help me out?
