Change the text tag on Comment Field

In Service desk when creating a ticket, the last Field is "Comment".  My manager would like to change the tag to Description or Description of Problem as opposed to "Comment".  Is this possible and if so how?

kace does offer custom programming for a charge, perhaps they will do it.  Open a support ticket and ask.
