Installed software not seen in the discovered Software catalog

I have ribitwo 7.x installed previously and discovered in the software catalog.

That version also showed how many clients had the software installed.

We were using these in reports to charge our departments.

Now I have upgraded all the users to the ribitwo 9.x version.

But this version is not in the discovered software list. Also says no

client has it installed in the licenses section.

By the way the software shows up in the "Not discovered software",

so kace knows about it.

Any ideas people?
