Inventory device not update
I use the SMA K1000 version 8.0. There is a device that does not update its inventory, while the device status is online. I have tried force inventory and have also used the force check in script but there has been no change. I have also used clear cache and run runkbot 4 0 has no changes either. Please help,,,
