Does the k1000 support iphone inventory?

Page 158 of the K1000 v5.5 Admin Guide is "About viewing inventory from linked K3000

appliances" and includes inventory information for iOS devices:

Additionally, though, it was announced at KACE Konference 2011 that they are developing more robust iOS support, which should support an 'inventory' type function.

  • Too bad Apple doesn't have a "find my iphone" API that you could tap into, to get a) location data, and b) a call home function. - lcadhelpdesk 12 years ago
    • Yes, it would be great if 3rd parties could tap into that, just like Exchange Admins can wipe a device remotely. - jaredv 12 years ago
