Is the new ShellShock patch included in K1000 6.2 ?
Does anyone know if the new ShellShock patch is included in the K1000 6.2 update or will I have to apply the patch after upgrade ?

no, it is not included.
If you already applied the patch a new application is not nessesary.
If you already applied the patch a new application is not nessesary.
If you did not do it until now, you need to do it.
The patch is compatible to 6.0; 6.1 and 6.2
