Is there a way to limit what can be typed in the CC field?
I'm trying to make sure that any email address outside of a company email address cannot be CC'd.
The dropdown works perfectly, but the text field above it allows any email to be added and it will send updates outside of the company if one were to be added.
Anyone know of a way to either eliminate the text field or impose a limit on it?

I don't believe there is a way to do that. It's free form so any address can be listed there. You should be able to control that from your exchange side if you are using your own SMTP server. Don't let the KBOX send emails to anyone outside your domain. - nshah 11 years ago

You could create a rule that checks for any email addresses that don't match the pattern @yourdomain.com and alerts someone that an address has been added.

Looks like we're either going to be doing it that way or on the exchange side. Thanks guys! - kharrison 11 years ago
