Do you mean agent commands on the local system? Are you on version 5.3 or above?
After version 5.3, on the local machine, you can run the following common commands in the KBOX install folder:
Runkbot 4 0 = Launches Inventory
Runkbot 6 0 = Launches Distribution
Runkbot 3 0 = updates the client if necessary
There are more that I am not sure about, but those are the common ones.

You can run any script if you know the number this way.
runkbot.exe [Script No.] [0 for running it/1 for updating it] if I undersand it right.
http://kbox/adminui/kbot.php?ID=4 <-- Inventory script
http://kbox/adminui/kbot.php?ID=6 <-- Deployment script
so if you have #100 script do something you can do the following command "Runkbot 100 0" to run the script on the local PC
