K1000 Move Knowledge base and Tickets?

Hi I am pretty new working with Kace. But have been asked to rebuild our Kace appliance (K1000) and migrate data over to the new server.

So I have my new Kace set up and on the same version as the current system.

The question is how can I move the knowledge base and tickets over to the new system?

I understand I can do a full backup and restore but the reason I am building a new Kace server is our old one has not been maintained or documented so we have a lot of features that have stopped working and a lot of bad data?

Is it possible to move just the knowledge base and tickets over?
