K1000 Patching Scan Agent Error
We have created a several patch schedules and each time when i scan an agent, the patch results give me an error (agent error) Status.
The newest patches are available in the patch catalog and are already downloaded by the K1000.
The results in the KAgent.log says the patch of augusts 2020 is detected to install and then it stops.
What goes wrong here? I have already uninstalled the anti virus software Sophos without result.

i now notice that no .kpf files are created in c: \ programdata \ quest \ kace \ kpd.
The last time updates were rolled out to the desktops is in April 2020.

The Kace Agent is currently running on version 10.2.108 and the SMA is running on 10.2.234 - Dirkenator 4 years ago

The SMA appliance was updated on August 10. We also notice dat the folder C:\Program Data\Quest\Kace\Patches has not changed since June 30 and is empty on a test client. - Loei 4 years ago
