Recently, we were trying to deploy the MS patches , 018, 021, 029 in our environment but strangely we are not getting the correct statistics from kace reporting.

Machines that are reported patched doesnt have the patch when we drilled into it. On the other hand, machines that does not show up in the patched report actually has the patch applied.

Does anybody out there encounter a similar issue and any resolutions or workarounds that we can use to circumvent this issue.
