K2000 no RSA sync
Anyone experienced this issue before?
Basically I cannot sync to any of our RSA's, it sits on the status saying "Remote site sync waiting on server task queue" but the task queue is idle. Clicking into the names of any of the RSA's results in an almost blank page being loaded.
I've tried several restarts of both the K2000 appliance and the RSA box. I've also tried deleting the RSA to re-add it but this results in the same happening.
I've attempted to log a call about this but heard nothing back fr quite a number of days now. Pretty poor if you ask me. Anyways, hopefully someone here can help!

log into the kace support site and change your desired customer status to request a priority call back and put a comment in and save - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago

Just thought I'd update for anyone who may experience the same issue, this happens when no default boot option is selected for the K2000. In our case we had rebuild our KBE for the x64 builds, and hadn't yet re-assigned it to the default as we were still testing it. Pretty strange issue! Dell finally came back to me after 1 week of no builds at our remote sites.
