K2000 RSA - Post install task not running
We have a K2000 running at our main site and an RSA at each of our remote sites. The imaging appears to be fine, especially utilizing WIM. The post installation tasks are not running and we find the C:\KACE directory still present after the imaging. At the main site everything works including post installation tasks. We can manually run InstallCMDs.bat, but cannot find out why it is not automatically running. The c:\windows\setup\scripts directory is empty before and after imaging. Looking at the successful images the c:\windows\setup\scripts directory still has the setupcomplete.cmd file. How does the Kbox system put the setupcomplete.cmd file in the Scripts directory ? And after further investigation the post_install.bat file inside the c:\Kace\Applications directory should be running the setupcomplete.cmd file, but does not (probably because the setupcomplete.cmd file is not there). Eventlogs appear to be clean. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you checked to make sure the install packages are all syncing down to the remote sites? Sometimes you have to manually select them and sync them down.

Oddly enough we have to people imaging computers at this location. For one the imaging and post installs are fine. For the second the imaging is fine, but the post installs fail. The applications appear in the C:\Kace\applications directory. As far as I know both are using the unattend.xml file they created with the Kbox. Thanks for your response.
