K2000 Windows 7 UEFI Boot

Does anyone have any idea how to deploy Windows 7 with on UEFI firmware? I have the unattend.xml file successfully creating the GPT Partition table that is required however the installation fails subsequetly because the drive is in GPT mode. I need to specify the EFI windows boot environment which is done with the following apparently

Shell> Fs0: fs0:> \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI

Any idea how I can get a UEFI deployment of Windows 7/2008 R2 working?

As a start. I would review this article for (possibly) some pointers:

Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
