Kace 1000 Define mapping between User attributes and LDAP attributes
Doesn't anybody know or understand how to sync or refresh the user list in Kace users. So if a user A is removed from AD then user A will be removed from Kace. Also I noticed a mapping field for work phone but the work phone has no mapping?
Any help would be great! Have a awesome day!

LDAP updates as far as I understand only work for adding users. If you remove someone from AD you need to manually remove them from KACE.
As far as mapping goes, you need to have a lot of users with the specific attribute for KACE to detect it and for you to be able to add the mapping to the scheduled import. Once it's mapped it will import the next time you do a LDAP import. Alternatively, try changing the number for Max # of Rows on the LDAP schedule to make sure you capture those accounts.

But this still doesn't explain why the mapping doesn't show work phone and doesn't update the location if its been updated in AD. - mikesharp1 10 years ago

So you have the attribute mapped from AD to the KACE box in the schedule and when you do an import it does not import it?
Does it show those values in the search result samples before you click the Import Now button?
The reason I said have more users with the specific attribute is because I had an issues where I wanted to import the phone number but only had about 10 out of 150 users for one of my domains with the attribute and KACE wouldn't see it even when I told it to look at 150 rows for those attributes. - h2opolo25 10 years ago-
It does import but the field mapping doesn't specify the work phone and the location doesn't update. Even on the schedule. Weird. - mikesharp1 10 years ago
