KACE 5.3 agent fails to start on CentOS/RHEL 6
I have ampagent-5.3.47657-1.i386.rpm installed on CentOS 6.2 x86_64
When trying to start the AMPctl service, I receive:
/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /opt/dell/kace/bin/../lib-rhel-5-x86_64/auto/HTML/Parser/Parser.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Tstack_sp_ptr
Has anyone else run into this? Is there a workaround or fix for this?

If RH 6 is giving you an issue you might want to see from KACE Support if there are any knowing issues as the 5.3.xxxx agent is working towards being more stable since its release. This maybe a known issues.
CentOS is technically not supported by Dell KACE, only RH 3, 4 and 5 (unless 6 has been added with the latest release).
