KACE Agent 10 .1.43 not working with Windows 10 LTBS 2016
We are imaging laptops, the agent registers initially but after we install Bitlocker we can not get the device to update in KACE.

You may want to run the KAT (Kace Agent Toolkit) to collect the Agent logs for review.

konea.log and KAgent.log are the two main logs you will want to check for errors.
If you need additional assistance troubleshooting your issue, open a support ticket to submit the logs collected by KAT.
