Kace agent run interval?
I understand the inventory and scripting update settings but am not clear on what the run interval does or could find much pertaining to it on the documentation.
Could some please help me understand it?

This simply says how often these scripts are running.
If you have it at 12 hours it means that all 12 hours the clients are requested to do an inventory.

I'm still a bit unclear on how this works.
Let's say that the inventory refresh is every 24 hours, scripting update every 3 days and run interval every 3 days. How does the run interval interact with those other intervals?
I'm trying to understand it better as I'm in the process of troubleshooting why a MI that has a deployment window of 7pm to 5am does not seem to be kicking off on stations that are online during that period, even if they have done an inventory recently unless I do a runkbot 5 0 on them.
:EDIT
Figured out what is happening. Systems apparently have to do an inventory DURING the set time window or the MI will not be scheduled by the appliance to occur the next day during the set window. - Kiyolaka 5 years ago
