Kace asset import by CSV issue
Hello,
I'm having trouble importing assets on Kace using csv file.
When i need to do the asset import mapping, Kace detect all my columns as one column (see below screenshot)
Is there something i'm missing here or is it a bug ?
Thanks by advance.

Found my solution :
Kace do not recognise semicolon as separator in excel files, only comma.
Everything is working fin now, thank you for your help.

Yeah, it requires a CSV file. (Comma-separated values) - KevinG 10 months ago

And just as an extra nugget, if you are planning to import loads of records in one import, say 50 or above, you will need to save that CSV file in a UTF8 format, otherwise KACE will not be able to process it ;o) - Hobbsy 10 months ago
