Kace + Dameware as a remote software
Hi, I want for my company as a remote software "DameWare" use. The Kace help is that Dameware is to use only when installed on the client TightVNC.
Is it really that or is this a bug in the Help.
Many thanks in advance,
Peter

PeterKace,
Where are you seeing that "Kace help" text? You can configure a Machine Action to run essentially any command you want, including DameWare. The important things to take note of is (1) the Machine Actions are ActiveX controls, so they only work in Internet Explorer, and (2) there are IE Security Settings that you will need to change to make them work on your Admin PCs.
