KACE Product Support

Greetings all,

I am a new commer to KACE and it is my resposibility to get our K1200 box up and running. I am currently working on setting up metering and am facing some difficulties. 

When I go into the Processes tab amd search for EXCEL for example, mutiple EXCEL.EXE processes exist. I am only trying to meter Excel 2010 and not any other versions of Excel. I have 4 processes listed for Excel 2010 and when I check them all off and select metering, it makes 4 seperate enteries. Is there any way to select these 4 Excel 2010 processes, drop them into a label and then meter based on a label?
