KACE Library K1000 6.3
Hi there,
I was wondering if I was doing wrong with the KACE Library in HelpDesk menu.
I have 6 differents software i would like to put in the KACE Library.
But here is the probleme. When I select "Install" with a user account, in the installation history, it is just pending. It say "Installation asked".
On the computer, nothing happend.
I though it was the right i gave to the user with the new role i created but i figure out that i gave writting permission. It is the highest privilege I can give.
If anyone can help me fixing this.

if you request an installation the client needs to download the package, so it can need a time until it starts. If you use replication shares the package also needs to replicated to the according repl share - Nico_K 8 years ago
