KACE Service Desk: add hyperlinks to comments
We're dealing with the following problem:
One of our project manager would like to add hyperlinks in the comment field, like "see document example.xlsx" as a link to a network share.
I couldn't figure out how to do this so far.
Adding <a href="xxx"> to the comment didn't work and using a custom field with the link type isn't an option.
Is there a way to do this without the custom field in 7.2.101?

AFAIK this is not possible. Here is a uservoice entry for that feature.
