I'm trying to run the "KACE Systems Management Appliance configuration report (4246108)" but receive the error below:
My SMA version is 11.1.264

as the log says: you are using a version which is not compatible with the report.
11.1 is End Of Life (=no support or changes possible) but since there was a major security issue Quest decided to release a patch also for an outdated and unsupported version, which went out of support a short time before.
To "fix" this, you need to go to a supported version (as of today 12.1 and 12.0 but 12.0 will be in limited support soon) and use the appropriate report.

My plan is to upgrade to 12.0 but as per the upgrade recommendations it was stated to run the report to determine if the appliance had been installed prior to version 7.0. I'm new to our company and it is unknown how old the appliance is. The KB lists two scripts, one for 11.x and another for 12.x, so I figured I'd still be able to run the 11.x script, but I guess this is no longer the case. There is a pending critical upgrade hotfix that would bump the version to 11.1.265 but I'm going to assume this won't allow me to run the report either.
I guess I'll just have to cross my fingers and hope the appliance wasn't originally installed prior to version 7.0.
