KACE ticketing process for New Hires/Terms
Currently when we have a new hire or a term, we have users fill out a form on our SharePoint which will then send an email to the Help Desk. Is there a way for this to automatically kick off a ticket process for either new hires or terms? Our goal is to automate this and cut down on the emails that get sent out for these specific requests.

There is no "out of the box" way to do this, however if you can get your Sharepoint system to include text that signifies it needs to be a process, then we could create a ticket rule that sets the database to make this a process, but I would have to test that out. Otherwise the only way to do this would be get someone to manually hit the "Convert to process" on every ticket.
