KBOX Backup Time
Is there a way to edit the KBOX settings so that it conducts the automated backup at a time other than 3 AM?

The backup occurs at 2am.
At this time there is not a way to change that. If you open a support ticket we can associate your request to the enhancement.

Can you tell me what the backup type is? I'm guessing it's nightly full based on the backup size, but would like to confirm this is truly the schedule.

The backup is every morning at 2am (part of the daily run maintenance). The files are backed up to kbox_file.tgz and the database is basedk up to kbox_dbdata.gz

You're correct it is a full backup. Note that we also recommend using an FTP script to copy the files from your KBOX to another location (I'd suggest some place that gets backed up by your normal backups).
