Kbox is Hanging at Night daily at Backup process

Hi,

We are having strange problem, Kbox 1200 ver 5.3 hangs up daily at night, it looks that it hangs up during the nightly Backup and we have to restart the server daily and then it took 1 hours to respond properly.

Would appreciate if someone could give me some clue, why this is happening.

I would not hesitate to put in a support ticket.

Check at first how big your backup is.

I assume you are backing up a database backup (.gz) with more than 100MB (maybe Gigabytes)

During the backup the GUI is not avaiable.

I agree with nheyne to contact support to fix that
