KONEA service not restarting after patching

Anyone having an issue with the kace agent not reconnecting after patching?  I have numerous servers with this issue. I can manually start the service fine.. but it wont start on its own.  I have a ticket open and thus far no solution. this is the 12.0 agent on 2019 servers.

Turns out after a lot of troubleshooting I am beta testing a new agent.  So if anyone has seen this please chime in.

Sounds like kace is right and its something in our environment
