Labels - dispaly and content
Hi all,
Does the K1000 allow showing labels by default when opening the inventory? Although it is only one click away, would add value if this could be the default.
Additionally, has anyone attempted to get the labels to display the OU a computer object is in? Does the LDAp integration extend to this type of labelling?
Thanks,
Daniel

Please contact support if you'd like to formally add a feature request. It might get picked up from here, but opening a ticket is a far stronger vote.
The OU could be mapped to an LDAP smart label. The criteria of such label would look for machine membership. For each OU you want to represent, you would create a different LDAP Smart Label. When you have the criteria down pat the machines will apply the labels as they check-in.
