Last comments in the Close Email
What can I add to the ticket closed email template so that it includes the last comments (or all comments if possible)?

Are you using system rules? If so then the variable $change_desc should include any comment added when the ticket was closed. Otherwise $ticket_history will include the full history of ticket changes including comments. - chucksteel 10 years ago
