Link to ticket with Multiple Containers
Hi,
We have multiple containers. When a email goes out and has a link to the ticket, when a user clicks on it for the first time. It takes them the log in screen and it points to, in the organization field, the first container in the list.
Is there a way, with the link, to configure it to point to a specific container?
