Link to ticket with Multiple Containers

Hi,

We have multiple containers. When a email goes out and has a link to the ticket, when a user clicks on it for the first time. It takes them the log in screen and it points to, in the organization field, the first container in the list.

Is there a way, with the link, to configure it to point to a specific container?

Can you define "containers" in K1000 terms please? Queue? Label? Organization?

No, but if you enable the drop-down for ORG selection we track the last org in a cookie so if they always go to the same org it would default to that choice.

I recommend you call suport to open an feature request.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
