Some of the devices on my Kace Quest console disappeared, after reinstalling they were back on the console?
what do you think is the problem? while the device is still operating normally

What do you mean with "disappeared?" depending on what you mean here as bunch of possible issues can be thought.
So first:
What version of the SMA?
What version of the Agent?
How do the clients contact the SMA? (over Internet, VPN, only locally)
What do you mean with "disappeared"? Do they keep offline or are they removed from the inventory? If removed from the Inventory: How ist the MIA is set? (Inventory|Devices|<Choose Action>|Configure MIA Settings
