Macintosh Agents stop checking in
I am seeing a few of my Macs stop checking in using Agent version 5.0.26616
It seems that they only way to get the AMP connection is to delete and reinstall at the desktop (is there an unistaller on Mac?), remote remove/install does not get them going again. A couple of them with the agent reinstalled have stalled again. Looking for solutions on what might be causing this and a fix.

this might sound dumb but.... did you reboot? we found that most of the ones that stop checking in start again when reboot is done.
We also noticed that some of them had damaged agents, setting the agent provisioning to replace damaged agents helped a lot.
We reported the 'no check in for long uptime machines' issue and were told it would be addressed at the next update... most likely.
