Move user / role from one organization to diffrent one

Is there any implemented solution in Kace to move/import/export user/roles from one organization to another one with same permissions?

I have the same question. However, since Roles are not listed in Settings > Resources > Export I assume there's no easy way to do it. You could export/import the tables/rows themselves (USER_ROLE and USER_ROLE_PERMISSION_VALUE), but you'd need to write custom SQL.
