My KACE box shows patches (Office 2010 SP2) as installed on a computer when it is not
My KACE box shows Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2687455) as installed on a client. However, when looking though installed updates in the physical machine, it does not show up. Windows Update also displays that update as available (not installed) and Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer also reports the same. How does KACE think the update is installed and how do I make sure the update can be pushed through the box?
